We are a family from Australia who TRIED to do it all on our own, but realized close to the end it was just too hard to make it right. I found Natalie on the internet and took a crazy gamble– something about her website caught my eye so I sent her an email. I instantly fell in love with her attitude. She immediately replied, and rather than asking me how much I could spend, asked me who was in my family, to send her photos of the Barmi boy, and shared her warmth IMMEDIATELY. From that minute on I knew I was in great hands.

Natalie planned ALL of my details. From the flowers, to the food, to the coordination of everyone, to finding my musicians, my venue, and even my accommodation. NOTHING was too much for her. She always answered me right away, using WhatsApp or Skype. I never had to wait more than the hours it took her to wake up from her sleep. The woman hardly ever stops. She was so kind and caring and thoughtful that I feel she quickly became my friend. I wasn’t sure if initially it would be worth the money, but it was worth it and more. The day went without a single hitch, and Natalie’s ideas made it that much more special in the end. She listened, she wasn’t about the money, and she personalised the event just for our desires. She was there before me on the day, and stayed till we left.

I cannot express my gratitude to you enough Natalie. Finishing our event was made right and perfect when the photographer came to finish his shift by taking a photo of us together. I will always remember how much you were part of this day and the huge fun and laughs we had along the way together making choices.
